Phenomena: sudden drop in engine power, significantly reduced speed; serious body shake and exhaust pipe has a slight grievance phenomenon; the engine is difficult to start after flameout or extremely unstable idle speed.

Burning between cylinder head and cooling channel

Phenomenon: When the engine is running, the water temperature suddenly rises, and the rotational speed is dull, the power drops, the cooling water consumption is too fast; the exhaust pipe has the water gas discharged, especially when idling, the exhaust gas discharged is yellowish phenomenon; the crankcase oil plane rises, the lubricant emulsification phenomenon is serious; the radiator filling nozzle has the water rust mark. Phenomena: unstable oil pressure and oil temperature rise too fast; there are bubbles in lubricating oil, light color and smell of diesel oil, lubrication oxidation deterioration rate and consumption too fast; diesel engine low temperature, exhaust pipe a large number of blue smoke.

Phenomenon: When the engine burns slightly, the engine power drops, the acceleration is slow, especially under heavy loads. When idling speed is unstable and the body shakes seriously. If the burns are serious, the rhythmic "crack, crack" sound can be detected in the middle and upper parts of the cylinder.

Phenomenon: engine idle speed instability; valve cover with a slight "pop, pop" sound; cylinder bolts (nuts) often loose.

Cause of cylinder liner ablation

Excessive flatness at the bottom of the cylinder head, excessive flatness at the top of the cylinder head, loosening of cylinder head bolts or excessive tightening torque lead to improper sealing and gas channeling. Driving method is improper, used to pour on the throttle and rapid acceleration, high-speed operation, excessive pressure aggravated cylinder cushion erosion. Engine often runs under heavy load, engine overheating, detonation and other conditions, resulting in local high temperature and high pressure in the cylinder and ablation of cylinder gasket. The fuel injection timing is too early; the diesel oil is not selected properly; the combustion chamber is seriously coking. The quality of the cylinder gasket is poor and the thickness is uneven. There are bubbles inside the package, asbestos uneven laying or tight edges.
